　　　 Others : Transportation Fee: It is to be paid daily. Transportation fee is for train and bus
　　　　　　　　　　fares(round trip),the sitter actually paid.
　　　　　　　　　　For taxi, in case of early morning and late night.

　　　　　　　　　　Food Fee: Housekeeper takes just one meal with her.
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 If the housekeeper for both morning and night, extra \500 will be
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 charged for food fee.
　　　　　　　　　　The minimum daily work period will be 3 hours.
　　　　　　　　　　Wage will be calculated in 15 minutes units.

　　　 Payment : We will send you a bill at the beginning of the month. Please pay us through our
　　　　　　　　　　　account by the 10th of each month. From the second bill, we can withdraw
　　　　　　　　　　　from your account.

How to get our service :
We operate on a reservation system. Please in form us about the date, place, and the
kind of housekeeping service that you wish by 2 days prior to service.
We operate on a 24-hour system, without holidays. But our office hours are from
9:00A.M.- 5:00P.M.

Available time can be changed until the day before the service.
In case of changing time： 　
　　　If prolongation is expected, let us know about it in advance so that we could make
　　　out a suitable schedules.)
Canceling Fee should be paid.

As a general rule, we can not accept doing services concerning moving antiques and
other valuable things in your home as well as banking(withdraw or making payment)
Please ensure that your appointed service hours include a short meeting before the
service actually starts.

About Payment :
We will send you the bill at the beginning of the month. Please pay to our account by
the 10th of each month. From the second bill, it is possible to make the payment by
withdraw from your account.

Insurance Applicable :
In case of an accident, damages to things, compensation will be made within the limits
of our insurance, company's policy. In case of inevitable accident, insurance might not
be paid.
